Norling is a member of Clark Hill’s Corporate Practice Group. His practice includes commercial transactions, real estate, business organizations, business law and automobile dealership law. Norling also practices in the areas of company formation and governance, business and real estate acquisition and divestures and commercial lending from both the lender and borrower perspectives. He has developed a unique expertise in assisting clients in obtaining administrative and governmental licenses and permits, as well as in the sale and acquisition of automobile dealerships.
Karr is a member of Clark Hill’s Labor & Employment Group. She defends employers against EEOC charges and lawsuits alleging harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations and wrongful discharge. She also works with employers to prevent claims in the first place by auditing workplaces to ensure compliance, by creating effective policies and practices and by advising clients as issues arise. She often speaks to groups on issues of importance to employers. She is also a member of the ASBA Board of Directors.
