Clark Hill Attorneys Grant T. Pecor and Nicole M. Paterson to Present at Health Care Association of Michigan NADONA Annual Convocation & Expo
BELLAIRE, MICH.
– Attorneys Grant T. Pecor and Nicole M. Paterson, with Clark Hill’s Grand Rapids Office, will present at the Health Care Association of Michigan and National Association Directors of Nursing Administration in Long Term Care (NADONA/LTC) Annual Convocation & Expo. Pecor and Paterson will present “Employment Law Developments for Union and Non-Union Employers.” The program, taking place in Bellaire, Michigan, on November 7-9, 2012, is a three-day educational program with many medical, administrative, employment and practical topics.
Pecor and Paterson are members of Clark Hill’s Labor & Employment Practice Group and specialize in the representation of employers. They have worked with numerous health care facilities, hospitals and have expertise in all facets of labor and employment law, such as collective bargaining, wage-and-hour matters, and hearings before state and federal administrative agencies and courts. Pecor and Paterson are members of the labor and employment sections of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and the Grand Rapids Bar Association. They frequently present on a variety of labor and employment topics and provide in-house training for several medical facilities and organizations. Pecor currently serves as a member of the Legal Regulatory committee of Health Care Association of Michigan.
