This presentation covered the various legal issues and limitations for expending funds by Michigan public school districts.
Both Abrahams and Motz are members in the Birmingham office of Clark Hill PLC and are both members of the Education and Municipal Law Group. Their respective practices principally focuses in the areas of education, construction and real estate law, assisting public and private sector entities in a wide variety of transactional matters.
