Birmingham, MI – Clark Hill attorneys Dana L. Abrahams and Jeremy S. Motz will present “Understanding School Construction Procurement and Contracting” for the Metropolitan Detroit Bureau of School Studies at Wayne State University on March 22, 2016. They will discuss the various laws that impact public school construction and procurements. Topics include school procurement laws and requirements, RFP and Contract basics, as well as addressing various misconceptions of laws and procedures that govern school construction projects.
