Day has developed a specialty in handling cyber breach and protection matters, maintaining cutting edge knowledge and experience in this developing area of the law. In his complex litigation practice, Day has a history of success representing local, regional and national companies, banks, trustees, health insurers, and individuals in complex commercial disputes, including issues of cyber breach and data protection. Day, a member in the firm’s Cybersecurity, Data Protection and Privacy practice group, is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
Brubaker concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation and insurance matters. He regularly provides advice to companies on insurance and cyber risk issues related to transactions and risk management, and has experience in a variety of subject areas including insurance and reinsurance coverage, insurance arbitration and appeals, contract matters, and insurance defense. He has also advised companies on regulatory matters involving insurance and environmental laws, rules and regulations. Brubaker is in the Cybersecurity, Data Protection and Privacy practice group and he is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
