Clark Hill Attorney William B. Dunn will be a panelist at Original Equipment Suppliers Association’s (OESA) Legal Issues Council Meeting.
The panel will address “Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility in an In-House Setting”.

William B. Dunn
(JD UMich, 1964) is a member of Clark Hill PLC, resident in its Detroit, Michigan, office.
Mr. Dunn is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, the International Association of Attorneys and Executives in Corporate Real Estate and the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers.
He is a charter fellow and a past president of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
He has served as chair of the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law and of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
He is a past chair (2005-2006) of the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility, on which he served as a member for 6 years and as the Association’s special advisor to that Committee for an additional year between terms.
He is presently (2007-2008) chair of the State Bar of Michigan’s Professional Ethics Committee, having served on that Committee for 6 years.
A frequent lecturer at national, regional and statewide seminars and author on real estate and financing transactions, on legal opinions, and on professional ethics, he is listed in Best Lawyers in America, Who’s Who in the Law, Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in the World; Euromoney’s Guide to the World’s Leading Real Estate Lawyers; Law Business Research, An International Who’s Who of Real Estate Lawyers, and Chambers USA America’s Leading Business Lawyers.
