Detroit, MI – Clark Hill attorney William A. Moore has been elected to serve as President of the Macomb County Bar Foundation for the 2014-15 term. The Macomb County Bar Foundation is a non-profit tax exempt 501 (c) 3 organization established by the Macomb County Bar Association (MCBA), headquartered in Mt. Clemens, to identify, initiate and support law related education projects and programs for the betterment of the community.
Moore is a member of Clark Hill's Labor and Employment Practice Group. He is an experienced practitioner in the employment litigation and traditional labor law areas as well as contract litigation and negotiation, dispute resolution and client counseling. Moore is a frequent presenter in various labor and employment practice seminars and also has extensive experience in admiralty and maritime law. He has been deeply involved with the MCBA, serving a term as a Director and, for many years, serving as Committee Chair on several standing committees.
