Washington, DC – Thomas K. Ragland, a Member in Clark Hill’s Immigration Business Unit was recently published in Bloomberg Law Magazine. The article, “Immigration Lawyers to Trump: See You in Court” discusses the Trump Administration’s  restrictionist business immigration policies and the imminent rise in litigation due to the upheaval and opposition to the policies.
