Clark Hill Attorney Steven Richman to Receive 2016 NJICLE Distinguished Service Award – December 12, 2016
Steven M. Richman, a Member in Clark Hill’s Litigation and International Legal Services practice groups, and former New Jersey State Bar Foundation President, has been selected to receive the 2016 New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) Distinguished Service Award. The award will be presented during a reception at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey on December 12, 2016.
Richman is resident in Clark Hill’s Princeton office and practices in the areas of domestic and international commercial law, including mediation, litigation and arbitration, and appellate work, including distributorships, intellectual property, agency, art and photography law, professional responsibility and contracts. Within the American Bar Association, Richman is chair-elect of the ABA's Section of International Law, and served in the ABA House of Delegates. Within the International Bar Association, he chairs the IBA's Alternative Business Structures Committee, serves on the Bar Issues Commission Policy Committee, and on the advisory council to the IBA's Section on Public and Professional Interest division.
