Clark Hill Attorney Steven Richman Presents at AFLA
PHILADELPHIA, PA – Clark Hill Attorney Steven M. Richman, a member in the firm’s Litigation practice group, was a featured speaker at the monthly luncheon of the American Foreign Lawyers Association (AFLA) on June 17, 2015. Richman spoke on “The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.”
Richman practices in the areas of domestic and international commercial law, including mediation, litigation and arbitration, and appellate work.
Richman is a published author including the recent ABA Photography Law Handbook, in addition to numerous articles. He is a frequent CLE lecturer both in this country and around the world.
Richman was recently sworn in as President of the New Jersey State Bar Foundation. He also serves as chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association's International Law Committee, and is a member of the editorial board of The New Jersey Lawyer newspaper. Within the American Bar Association, Richman is incoming vice-chair of the ABA's Section of International Law, and serves in the ABA House of Delegates. He co-chairs the Section's Professional Ethics Committee. Within the International Bar Association, he chairs the IBA's Multidisciplinary Practice Committee, serves on the Bar Issues Commission Policy Committee, and on the advisory council to the IBA's Section on Public and Professional Interest division.
Richman earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and B.A. from Drew University. He is listed in both Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and California.
