Grand Rapids, MI – Clark Hill attorney Stephen R. Gee will present “Fantasy Sports – Real Problems” at the NALS of West Michigan Membership Meeting on September 8, 2016, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Gee will speak about the various forms of fantasy sports, including traditional season-long fantasy leagues and daily fantasy sports. He will address the legal issues facing daily fantasy sports (i.e., insider trading, fraud, and illegal gambling) as well as arguments for why daily fantasy is gambling versus why it is a game of skill.
