GRAND RAPIDS, MI – Clark Hill attorney Stephen R. Gee presented Construction Labor and Employment Law to students in Eastern Michigan University’s “Construction Documents, Regulations & Specifications” class on November 29, 2017 and December 6, 2017. Gee’s seminar addressed labor law and labor relations, Michigan’s right-to-work statute, and implications of organizing unions in the construction business.
Gee, an Associate with the Labor & Employment Practice Group in Clark Hill’s Grand Rapids office, counsels employers on federal, state, and local labor and employment law compliance, as well as labor and employment agreement implementation, interpretation, and compliance. Gee also represents clients in collective bargaining negotiations, grievance and interest arbitrations, and in discrimination and retaliation matters before federal and state administrative agencies.
