Clark Hill Attorney Ryan Lorenz to Present at Arizona Society for Healthcare Risk Management on November 12, 2010

– Clark Hill Attorney Ryan Lorenz will be presenting at the Arizona Society for Healthcare Risk Management’s Quarterly Education Program on November 12, 2010. The presentation will focus on behavioral healthcare provider risk mitigation.

The Arizona Society for Healthcare Risk Management (AzSHRM) is an affiliate of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management (ASHRM). The Society encourages closer cooperation among healthcare risk managers across Arizona and nationally to promote the development of the professional practice of healthcare risk management.


Ryan J. Lorenz

is an associate in Clark Hill’s Health Care Practice and an adjunct member of the Litigation Practice Group and Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice Group. Lorenz’s practice focuses on federal and state litigation in the areas of real estate, medical malpractice, collections, bankruptcy, alternative dispute resolution, administrative law, tribal law and many other areas of commerce. Lorenz emphasizes development of litigation strategies, pre-trial dispositive motions, focused discovery, expert witness discovery, and preparation of cases for trial. Lorenz also assists clients by providing counsel on settlement and negotiation of commercial transactions and solutions.

Lorenz received his undergraduate and juris doctor degrees from Creighton University. He is licensed or admitted to practice in Arizona, Nevada, the U.S. Supreme Court, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, federal district courts in Arizona, Nevada and Colorado, and in more than a half-dozen Arizona tribal courts.

Lorenz is a member of the State Bar of Arizona’s Young Lawyers Division, and the Native American Bar Association of Arizona. He has been appointed to the State Bar of Arizona’s Committee on Civil Jury Instructions. Lorenz has been selected to the Airpark Committee of the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce.
