Clark Hill Attorney Robert Tomilson Appointed to Kline School of Law Advisory Board

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Robert Tomilson has been appointed to the Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law (“School of Law”) Advisory Board.

Tomilson is a Member in Clark Hill’s Insurance & Reinsurance Practice Group.  He has been a legal representative and trusted counsel for the insurance and financial services industry for more than 18 years. Tomilson is an adjunct Professor at Drexel University’s School of Law, an adviser to the American Law Institute's Restatement of the Law of Liability Insurance, and, as a graduate student, was a Fulbright-DAAD scholar in Regensburg, Germany. Tomilson represents insurers, reinsurers, and intermediaries in litigation, transactions, and regulatory investigations. He has been appointed as a testifying expert in reinsurance disputes and regularly publishes on issues affecting the insurance industry.
