Robert D. Gordon
leads Clark Hill’s Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Group, a section of the firm’s Business Practice Group. Mr. Gordon focuses his practice in the areas of bankruptcy and corporate reorganization, debtor and creditor rights, workouts, and related commercial litigation.
