Gordon is a member of Clark Hill’s Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice Group. He focuses his practice in the areas of corporate and public-sector reorganization, bankruptcy and insolvency-related matters, debtor and creditor rights, workouts, and related commercial litigation. Gordon served as Special Restructuring Counsel to the two Detroit retirement systems, the Police and Fire Retirement System and the General Retirement System, in the City of Detroit municipal bankruptcy case.
