CHICAGO – Clark Hill Attorney Richard H. Chapman authored an article featured in Illinois Banker Magazine titled, “Performance Reviews: Why Bother? ” The article was published in the September/October 2013 issue.

Among other things, the article considers the importance and necessity of providing regular and accurate performance reviews of employees to cultivate employee success and to provide defenses to costly employment-related claims.

Illinois Banker Magazine is a publication associated with The Illinois Bankers Association (IBA). The IBA is a full-service trade association dedicated to creating a positive business climate that benefits the entire banking industry and the communities they serve.
