Clark Hill Attorney Reginald Turner to Discuss Diversity at PDA’s Detroit Meeting

DETROIT, MI – Reginald Turner, a Member of Clark Hill’s Executive Committee and its Labor and Employment and Governmental Relations Practice Groups, will be a panelist on the Private Directors Association’s (PDA) Detroit Meeting, “The Value Board Diversity Brings to Companies.”  The interactive discussion will focus on the importance of creating a diverse board of directors and to illustrate the value of diverse thought and participation to optimize corporate governance for better results.
