Clark Hill Attorney Ray J. Koenig III to Present on the Confident Modern Family: Strategies for LGBTQ Individuals, Couples and Families
CHICAGO, IL –
Clark Hill Attorney Ray J. Koenig III will be a featured panelist at the Confident Modern Family seminar. The seminar will take place on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Center on Halsted in Chicago.
Koenig will be part of a panel discussing the emotional, legal, and financial complexities that LGBTQ families face. In addition, there will be an overview of adoption and surrogacy options.
Koenig is the Managing Member of Clark Hill’s Chicago office and a member in Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group. He practices in the areas of probate litigation, trust litigation, fiduciary litigation, elder law, estate planning, and estate administration, with an emphasis on will, trust, guardianship, and advance directive contests and other fiduciary litigation. Koenig has represented individuals, families, financial institutions, medical institutions, and governmental organizations in all areas of his practice. Koenig has extensive trial, appellate and mediation experience in state and federal courts.
