Clark Hill Attorney Ray J. Koenig III to Present at the Illinois State Bar Association’s Guardianship Boot Camp – Feb. 22

Clark Hill PLC Attorney Ray J. Koenig III will speak at the ISBA’s upcoming Guardianship Boot Camp on Friday, February 22. The topic of Koenig’s presentation is entitled “Contested Guardianship Estates,” and will discuss how to avoid and settle contested guardianships and the various situations that give rise to contested adult guardianships.

Koenig is the managing member of Clark Hill’s Chicago office and a member in Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group.
