Clark Hill Attorney Ray J. Koenig III to Present at the Illinois CPA Society’s Fraud Conference

Clark Hill Attorney Ray J. Koenig III will present at the Illinois CPA Society’s Fraud Conference. The conference will take place on Thursday, September 20, 2012 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Union League Club of Chicago.

Koenig’s panel will discuss “Targeting Diversity: A Panel Discussion on Affinity Fraud and the Responsibility to Prosecute” and attendees will:

  • Learn from experts what affinity fraud really is.

  • Understand the tactics used to exploit demographic targets for financial gain.

  • Hear financial and legal strategies employed to serve justice in court.

  • Review recent SEC decisions and trends in prosecution.

Koenig has extensive trial, appellate and mediation experience in state and federal courts.
