Clark Hill Attorney Ray J. Koenig III to Present at the Chicago Bar Foundation’s Probate Practice Committee Seminar, November 7, 2018

CHICAGO, IL – Ray J. Koenig III, Member-in-Charge of Clark Hill’s Chicago office, will present at the Chicago Bar Foundation’s Probate Practice Committee Seminar, “Contested Matters in Probate Estates” on November 7, 2018 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM.

The seminar, moderated by Christine M. Travers, Chicago Bar Foundation Practice Committee Chair, will take a deeper look at contested matters in probate estates, including citations.  Koenig will present on the topic of Pleading in Probate Litigation, which will discuss various techniques and tips useful for and unique to drafting pleadings in probate litigation, with a focus on will and trust contests.  Other topics include: Citations, Will and Trust Contests and Dead Man’s Act.  To read more about this seminar and to register, please click here.
