CHICAGO, IL – Clark Hill attorney Ray J. Koenig III will present at the ICLE 60th Annual Estate Planning Short Course in Champaign, IL on May 9, 2017 and in Chicago, IL on May 25, 2017. Koenig and co-presenter Kristin Weaver from Northern Trust will discuss “Key Developments in Guardianship” including recent issues relating to estate planning and divorce.
Koenig is the Managing Member of Clark Hill’s Chicago office and a member in Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group. He practices in the areas of probate litigation, trust litigation, fiduciary litigation, elder law, estate planning, and estate administration, with an emphasis on wills, trusts, guardianships, and advance directive contests and other fiduciary litigation.
