CHICAGO, IL – Clark Hill attorney Ray J. Koenig III will co-present at an Out & Equal Chicagoland Citywide Pride Event “To Have & To Hold” Same-Sex Marriage after Obergefell v. Hodges on July 28, 2015. The presentation will center on the legal and financial impact of the recent Supreme Court decision on same-sex couples and their families. Attendees will learn about how the decision affects rights to public benefits and how to hold those benefits and protect families through estate planning as well as key financial considerations regarding income, estate, and gift taxes.
