Clark Hill Attorney Ray J. Koenig III Elected to Chair of the Board of the Chicago House Board of Trustees
CHICAGO, IL – Clark Hill attorney Ray J. Koenig III has been elected to Chair of the Board of the Chicago House Board of Trustees. His one year term begins July 1, 2016. Chicago House and Social Service agency serves individuals and families who are disenfranchised by HIV/AIDS, LGBTQ marginalization, poverty, homelessness, and/or gender nonconformity by providing housing, employment services, medical linkage and retention services, HIV prevention services, legal services and other supportive programs. Koenig has been a Chicago House Trustee for six years, most recently serving a year as Internal Vice Chair of the Board.
Koenig is the Managing Member of Clark Hill’s Chicago office and a member in Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group. He practices in the areas of probate litigation, trust litigation, fiduciary litigation, elder law, estate planning, and estate administration, with an emphasis on wills, trusts, guardianships, and advance directive contests and other fiduciary litigation. Koenig has represented individuals, families, financial institutions, medical institutions, and governmental organizations in all areas of his practice. Koenig has extensive trial, appellate and mediation experience in state and federal courts.
