CHICAGO, IL – Clark Hill attorney Ray J. Koenig III co-authored the Guardianship Litigation chapter in the 2016 edition of the “Litigation Disputed Estates, Trusts, Guardianships and Charitable Bequests,” published by the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education.

Koenig’s chapter provides an up-to-date reference guide for guardianship practitioners.  Koenig relies on the experience gained in spending his entire career working in this area to provide practical advice, explain the law, and help fill the gap between theory and practice.
