Mr. Green’s practice focuses heavily on community development projects, general commercial matters including organizing and counseling businesses, antitrust advice and planning, telecommunications issues, as well as affordable housing and tax credit developments. Mr. Green has served as a commercial arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for more than 30 years and he has served as a commercial mediator for the Oakland County Circuit Court for more than 20 years.
Mr. Green has been actively involved in the legal industry in an educational capacity. He was a recent presenter at the Annual Affordable Housing Conference, he has taught courses in real estate law at Wayne County Community College, and he has also served as a mentor to numerous attorneys at former firms.
