Clark Hill Attorney Paul A. Wilhelm Named Notre Dame Club of Detroit 2016 Award of the Year Recipient
Detroit, MI – Clark Hill attorney Paul A. Wilhelm has been named the recipient of the Notre Dame Club of Detroit 2016 Award of the Year. A 2002 graduate of Notre Dame Law School, Wilhelm has been active with the Notre Dame Club of Detroit since 2007, serving as a Director since 2008, President (2012-13), and a key member of the leadership teams that won numerous top awards from the Notre Dame Alumni Association. Wilhelm is also a co-founder of the Notre Dame Lawyers Committee in Detroit, and serves as an interviewer and mentor to students at Notre Dame Law School. Wilhelm will be honored at the annual UND Celebration at the Masonic Temple in Detroit on May 17, 2016.
Wilhelm is an employment and ERISA litigator. He represents regional and national employers and other clients in all aspects of ERISA and benefits litigation, wage-and-hour litigation and compliance, discrimination and retaliation charges and litigation, union and non-union arbitrations, and noncompete and trade secret litigation; and he counsels employers on workforce management.
