Nick is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice group. Prior to joining Clark Hill, his practice focused primarily on business and commercial litigation, insurance and surety defense, and construction law in a variety of state and federal jurisdictions. Nick has successfully litigated claims against large federal agencies including the Department of Veterans Affairs, Army Corps of Engineers, Department of the Navy, and NASA.
