Michael P. Nowlan
is the Co-Leader of Clark Hill’s Immigration Practice Group. His immigration practice includes representation of Fortune 100 and 500 companies, scientists and engineers, religious institutions, business executives and entrepreneurs, computer and business personnel, and other professionals and their families as they plan for U.S. entry. Mr. Nowlan’s expertise also includes in depth knowledge of all business and family immigration, nonimmigrant visas, as well as the permanent residence and naturalization processes. He continues to be an advocate for immigrant rights before immigration officials on a regional and national level and within Immigration Court as a trial attorney.
