Michael M. Antovski

is a member in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group in the Birmingham office, and focuses his practice in our Business Practice Group. Michael concentrates his practice in the areas of tax planning, acquisitions and dispositions, and general corporate matters, and regularly advises clients on tax planning strategies involving corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships.
