DETROIT, MI – Clark Hill attorney Maria Fracassa Dwyer will be presenting at the State Bar of Michigan’s Labor and Employment Law Section annual meeting on January 20, 2017, at the Detroit Athletic Club. Dwyer will present an EEO update, informing the Section on significant decisions issued by the Michigan Supreme Court and various federal appellate courts.
