Clark Hill Attorney Maria Fracassa Dwyer Reappointed as Member of State Bar of Michigan Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee

DETROIT, MI – Clark Hill attorney Maria Fracassa Dwyer has been reappointed as a member of the State Bar of Michigan Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee effective September 29, 2017.

The State Bar of Michigan (SBM) actively promotes the importance of diversity and inclusion in the profession. The SBM Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee makes recommendations for support, implementation or other appropriate actions to SBM leadership, committees and other bar associated entities about SBM initiatives and programs addressing inclusion within the profession, and approaches to measuring progress in the area of diversity and inclusion.

Dwyer is a Member in the firm’s Labor and Employment Group. She is also the Co-Practice Leader of the Food, Beverage & Hospitality team.  She is a trusted advisor and counselor to senior management across a wide range of industries including public and private employers. She represents clients across the entire spectrum of employment and labor law, including staffing, education, nonprofit and food industries.
