Lindsay Sherwood Fouse is an associate in the Litigation Group in Clark Hill’s Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office.  Lindsay concentrates her practice in complex commercial disputes and represents corporations, governmental and municipal agencies and individuals in state and federal court. In 2018, Lindsay was named Pittsburgh Business Times’ “30 Under 30,” an award recognizing young professionals who are leaders in the Pittsburgh business landscape, and was selected by her peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Star.  Lindsay was appointed by the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania to serve a three-year term as a Hearing Committee Member beginning in 2017.  Responsible for adjudicating claims of alleged misconduct by attorneys in the Commonwealth, Lindsay is honored to be one of the youngest attorneys appointed to this position and joins a distinguished group of attorneys who serve an important process of the Disciplinary System.
