Detroit, MI – Clark Hill attorney Linda M. Watson will be presenting at the 10th Annual Detroit Consumer Bankruptcy Conference on November 11, 2014, at Somerset Inn in Troy, MI.

Watson will present at a panel session entitled “Evidence and Exhibits: A How-To Demonstration and Discussion.”   This session will focus on best practices in consumer cases for laying a foundation to admit documents, establishing exceptions to hearsay objections and effectively using and admitting schedules, summaries and transcripts, among other exhibits that may come up in a variety of matters — from trials to evidentiary hearings, and everything in between.
