For over 15 years, he has increasingly focused on cybersecurity, privacy, and information governance and frequently lectures and writes on these subjects nationally for legal, educational, and professional groups. He is a coauthor of Locked Down: Practical Information Security for Attorneys, Second Edition (American Bar Association 2016) and Encryption Made Simple for Lawyers (American Bar Association 2015). He is a member of the firm's Environmental, Energy and Natural Resources Practice Group and Cybersecurity, Data Protection & Privacy Group.

Hines is a member of Clark Hill's Intellectual Property Practice Group and Cybersecurity, Data Protection & Privacy Group. He focuses on IP and technology transactions. Hines works with clients seeking to realize value from intellectual property, technology, and information assets through licenses, joint ventures, M&A and other types of transactions. He also helps clients develop legally compliant information management policies and practices relating to data protection, cybersecurity, social media, and generally to the dissemination of content in an electronic environment.

Watson, a litigation partner at Clark Hill specializing in complex commercial litigation, will moderate the webinar. Linda serves on the firm's Executive Committee and Co-chairs the Automotive & Manufacturing Practice Group.
