Watson moderated a panel discussion titled “Key Legal Considerations for US and Canada In-House Counsel on Business in Mexico” for the Original Equipment Suppliers (OESA) Legal Issues Council on October 23, 2013. Panelists discussed the in-house approach for doing business in Mexico, focusing on commercial and labor law and dispute resolution.
The Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA) is the voice, a forum and a resource for the automotive original equipment supplier industry. Since 1998, OESA has provided forums for OE suppliers to address issues of common concern, served as a resource for industry information and analysis, and promoted the interests of the OE supplier community.
Watson is Co-chair of the Automotive & Manufacturing Practice Group.
