Clark Hill attorney Kristi R Gauthier was elected to Oakland County’s Board of Variety FAR Conservatory of Therapeutic and Performing Arts.
The nonprofit organization provides children and adults with mental, physical and/or emotional impairments therapy through creative arts and recreation services.

Kristi R. Gauthier
is an associate in Clark Hill’s Birmingham office and concentrates her practice in Employee Benefits Law. Prior to joining Clark Hill, Ms. Gauthier practiced with Miller, Shpiece & Tischler, P.C. in Southfield, Michigan and concentrated her practice on Employee Benefits and Health Care law matters. Ms. Gauthier has represented clients in a wide variety of employee benefits issues involving health and welfare benefits, as well as retirement plans.
Ms. Gauthier is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is also active in the legal community with memberships in the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and the Oakland County Bar Association where she is a member of the Employee Benefits Committee.
Ms. Gauthier has lectured on various employee benefits issues, including ERISA, disability claims, and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs). Ms. Gauthier is also a co-author of the ABA publication
