CHICAGO, IL – Kevin Williams, a Member in Clark Hill’s Customs and International Trade Law group, will speak at the Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association Spring Supply Chain Summit & Showcase on April 4, 2019. Kevin will provide updates on the China trade war, the tariffs on steel and aluminum imports, and the status of NAFTA, along with strategies to manage tariff costs. The Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association represents manufacturers of specialized agricultural equipment, their suppliers, and their distributors.
Kevin Williams practices Customs and International Trade Law focusing on all aspects of the import and export process including tariff classification and valuation of imported merchandise, export licensing, country of origin determinations, country of origin marking, intellectual property protection, anti-dumping/countervailing duty cases including representation before the International Trade Administration, Department of Commerce and the International Trade Commission, and retaliatory actions such as those taken under Sections 232 and 301.
