LANSING, MI – Clark Hill attorney Kenneth P. Lane will present “Legal Aspects of Code Enforcement” during the Michigan Association of Housing Officials Fall Seminar on Thursday, October 20, 2016. Lane's presentation will focus on enforcement of property maintenance code provisions, right-of-entry (avenues and obstacles for the housing official), and laws and legislation affecting code enforcement. The Michigan Association of Housing Officials (“MAHO”) is a statewide organization of housing and other local government code enforcement staff responsible for the protection of persons, property and the general public welfare.
