LANSING, MI – Clark Hill attorney Kenneth P. Lane will present “Understanding the General Law Village Act” at the Michigan Municipal League’s 2018 League Event Series in Lexington, MI, February 1, 2018. Lane's presentation will focus on budgets and finances, police and public works administration, annexation and ethics.
