Grand Rapids, MI – Clark Hill Attorney Joesph B. Urban will present "Building & Site Sinking Funds: the Nuts & Bolts" to the Michigan School Business Officials at their annual conference on April 27, 2016. The session will cover the basic considerations in planning for sinking fund projects, as well as canvass available authority on allowable uses of sinking fund proceeds. Urban will also cover the process that school districts must use to issue debt in anticipation of a sinking fund levy.
