Phoenix, AZ – Clark Hill Attorney Joseph B. Urban will present "A Unified Field Theory of Joint Employment" to the Association of Public Charter School Attorneys in Phoenix, Arizona on April 28, 2016. This presentation will provide a practitioner’s guide to the NLRB’s evolving perspective on what it means to jointly employ staff members serving charter schools. Urban will discuss considerations that charter school boards and stakeholders must confront as they plan for growth as well as issues unique to virtual (or “cyber”) schools in light of recent court decisions.
