Clark Hill Attorney Jordan S. Bolton to Present “Judgment Enforcement”

Clark Hill Attorney Jordan S. Bolton will moderate and co-present Lorman Education Services’ “Judgment Enforcement in Michigan.”


The day-long seminar will be held on June 12, 2008 in Detroit, MI at the MotorCity Hotel and Casino.


The seminar will address effective and efficient judgment collection methods both within and outside the bankruptcy context, while steering clear of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act pitfalls.



Jordan S. Bolton


is a Litigation associate with Clark Hill’s Detroit office.


Mr. Bolton has significant experience in a variety of fields of litigation, including:  Articles 2, 3, 4, & 9 of the UCC; business dissolution; collections; construction; consumer disputes; contracts’, intellectual property; partnership and shareholder disputes; real estate; torts; and warranties.

Prior to joining Clark Hill, Mr. Bolton gained significant courtroom experience holding positions with Judge George C. Steeh of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the Free Legal Aid Clinic, and the 46th District Court of Southfield, Michigan.

Outside the office, Mr. Bolton takes an active role both within and outside the legal community.  He is an active member of several committees of local bar organizations, including service on the Board of Barristers of the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association.  A former collegiate hockey player, Mr. Bolton spends much of his free time playing in the Lawyers League of Hockey Detroit he founded and coaching local youths.

In law school, Mr. Bolton received numerous scholarships and Dean’s Awards for academic excellence, and was an active Board and National Team member on the school’s Moot Court Team.  As a member of the National Championship Team, Mr. Bolton also coached a champion Outside Competition Team.

Mr. Bolton resides in Bloomfield Hills with his wife, Rebecca.
