Bolton, a Member of Clark Hill PLC’s Litigation Practice Group, has a broad-based outside general counsel and commercial litigation practice, with substantial experience in fraud and RICO actions. Based in Michigan, with admissions in a number of federal courts of appeal and district courts throughout the country, Bolton has experience working with and against forensic accountants in a wide variety of settings.
