Clark Hill Attorney Jordan S. Bolton appointed to State Bar of Michigan Judicial Qualifications Committee
DETROIT, MI – Clark Hill Attorney Jordan S. Bolton has been appointed by the President of the State Bar of Michigan to the Judicial Qualifications Committee, which is charged with evaluating candidates for appointment to judicial vacancies and reports in confidence to the authority requesting its assistance.
Bolton is a Member (partner) in Clark Hill’s Litigation Practice Group and has served on the Recruiting Committee for more than a decade. He has been with Clark Hill since 2002, and is resident in the firm’s Birmingham, Michigan office. He helps business leaders, in-house counsel, and individuals remove barriers to success by providing creative dispute resolution services. In addition to a national complex commercial litigation practice (emphasizing on consumer, contract, copyright, fraud, real estate, shareholder, and trademark matters), Jordan maintains a robust outside general counsel practice for his clients who are large enough to have varied legal needs, but not yet ready for in-house counsel.
