Clark Hill PLC Attorney Jonathan M. Boulahanis will present the Chicago Bar Association’s CLE program “Requests to Admit in State and Federal Court” on March 20. The one hour program will focus practical use of this discovery tool, including how to offensively use them to streamline and advance your case, and give practical insight on what to do when served with requests to admit, and how to appropriately respond to them in order to protect your clients from the most common pitfalls associated with improper responses. Boulahanis is an associate in Clark Hill’s Litigation and Labor and Employment Practice Groups. He focuses his practice in commercial, business, real estate, and employment litigation.
