Clark Hill attorney John R. Joyce was appointed member of the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate’s Advisory Board.


The board is part of the Walter E. Heller College of Business Administration at Roosevelt University.


John R. Joyce

is a member of Clark Hill’s Real Estate Practice Group in its Chicago Office. He represents residential and commercial developers, commercial property owners, financial institutions, not-for-profit organizations, real estate management companies, investors and nationally branded franchisees. John specializes in all types of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, residential and commercial development, zoning, leasing, loan documentation and condominium conversions. He has extensive experience in organizing limited liability companies and preparing operating agreements in connection with real estate projects. He has represented nationally branded franchisees, such as McDonald’s restaurants and Century 21 Real Estate operators, in connection with the acquisition, sale and management of individual franchisees’ locations. John has represented lending institutions in connection with negotiating and drafting loan documents for commercial and real estate related loans. John is also a real estate broker in the State of Illinois.
