Clark Hill Attorney John Gierak to present to the Michigan Association of School Administrators October 30, 2015

Birmingham, MI – Clark Hill attorney John Gierak will present on the topic of “Educator Evaluations after Senate Bill 103” to the Michigan Association of School Administrators (MASA), Region 5, on October 30, 2015, at the Lapeer Country Club in Lapeer County.  

Gierak chairs Clark Hill’s Education and Municipal Practice Group, and focuses his practice in the areas of labor and employment law, education law, and litigation. John represents public and private employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including contract negotiations, as well as acting as general counsel to public school districts.
