Birmingham, MI –Clark Hill attorney Joel D. Applebaum will moderate a panel program at the American College of Bankruptcy’s Sixth Circuit Educational Program on October 24, 2015 at Wayne State Law School entitled “Are We Done Yet? The Lingering Effects of Stern and Wellness.”  The panelists include  Prof. John Pottow of the University of Michigan Law School and Hon. Phillip Shefferly, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.

Applebaum is co-leader of the firm’s Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice Group, concentrating his practice in the areas of bankruptcy and corporate reorganization, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy-related litigation and appeals, and general commercial law.
